The writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject property and to investigate bogus patta issued to the sixth respondent based on representations dated 09.01.2023 and 2/5

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, the second respondent through proceedings dated 18.12.2024 has passed an order in favour of the petitioner.
3. A copy of the proceedings dated 18.12.2024 was also placed before this Court.
4. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
