This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 06.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24386 of 2022 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one should be a blood surety.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there are totally 7 petitioners in this case, all of them are related to each other and thereby, they were unable to furnish the blood surety. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 06.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24386 of 2022. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum. The other conditions shall remain intact. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
