Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 05.09.2018 and 14.03.2019 regarding provided with some other post with the same pay scale and service benefits under the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 in the light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Kunal Singh v. Union of India and another, reported in (2003) 4 SCC 524 and pass orders in accordance with law.

O R D E R
Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 05.09.2018 and 14.03.2019 regarding provided with some other post with the same pay scale and service benefits under the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 in the light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Kunal Singh v. Union of India and another, reported in (2003) 4 SCC 524 and pass orders in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he entered into service as an Industrial Worker Grade II Trainee in the year 1986 and thereafter, he acquired various positions. In the year 1997, the petitioner was admitted in Apollo Hospital and underwent a major surgery namely, Left Posterior Parietal Craniectomy and his skull was removed. Thereafter, he could not able to do the very same job. Therefore, he has made representations to the respondents to provide alternate employment. However, the petitioner's representations were not considered by the respondents till date. Hence this writ petition.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.09.2018 and 14.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
