ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.382 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the while the defacto complainant checking the petitioner petty shop and found contraband tobacco products, at that time, the petitioner poured the kerosene over the police officials and tried to burnt the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the defacto complainant lodged a false case against the petitioner and he is now way connected in this case. He further submitted that petitioner is running the petty shop opposite to the Police station, the defacto complainant bought the things and refused to pay the money and broken the utensils of the shop. Hence prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the intervener submitted that the petitioner was poured the kerosene over the defacto complainant while the search made by him in his petty shop and he further submitted that petitioner was admitted in the hospital. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised objection stating that petitioner is having six previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioner is having six previous cases, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
