Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2023, have a survey of the route Kanjampalayam to Veerapandi, being operated by the 2nd respondent as to comply with the requirements of the scheme and pass orders. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 29.04.2023, for re-survey of the route Kanjampalayam to Veerapandi, being operated by the 2nd respondent. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that he is operating a bus in the route Tirupur Old Bus Stand to Aavarampalayam Pirivu via Veerapandi. The 2nd respondent is operating a minibus in the route from Kanjampalayam to Veerapandi. The petitioner has got some grievance with regard to the permit granted to the 2nd respondent for running a minibus in the route from kanjampalayam to Veerapandi. In this regard, he submitted a representation on 29.04.2023 to the 1st respondent, seeking re-survey of the route in respect of which permit was granted to the 2nd respondent and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this court.

3. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits and orders will be passed. 2/4

In view of the stand taken by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent, this court without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to issue direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2023 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
