Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to receive the necessary documents as per Na.Ka.No.6410/2018/A5 dated 08.10.2018 and to conclude the enquiry pending before the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta in petitioner favour for the property in R.S.No.683/1 in Erakampati Village of Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District.

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus directing to dispose the representation of the petitioner herein dated 25.09.2018 regarding wrong classification of his property and issuance of patta in favour of Bhoom Dhana.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports that the representation of the petitioner has been negatived by the Tahsildar, Dharapuram vide proceedings dated 29.10.2019 and seeks liberty to challenge that proceedings before the appropriate forum.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Dharapuram dated 29.10.2019 before the appropriate forum, if so advised. No costs.
