Respondent Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to receive the Deed of General Power of Attorney dated 24.08.2016 executed by the principals of the petitioner herein in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Survey No.506/2, Part in Perambur Village, Purasawalkam Taluk, more fully described in the said Deed of General Power of Attorney and register the same and return the duly registered document to the petitioner .

ORDER
When this Court expressed its opinion, that a Power of Attorney Holder cannot file a writ petition and that too, when the Power of Attorney document is not yet registered as on date, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with B.RAJENDRAN, J.,
AP liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the name of the Principal and has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
