O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent / police to re-investigate the case in Crime No.38 of 2017 and file the additional final report, by implicating A3/Vishnu, in respect of Crime No.38 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Banavaram Police Station, Vellore District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholingar, Vellore and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.21 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sholingar, Vellore. 3.At this belated state to re-investigate the case in Crime No.38 of 2017 and file the additional final report, by implicating A3/Vishnu in respect of Crime No.38 of 2017 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Banavaram Police Station, Vellore District cannot be granted. Accordingly the this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke the provisions under Section 319 of Cr.P.C before the trial Court, during trial.
