ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 13.02.2017 in Letter No.1057/ SGS1/ 2017-3 of the 1st Respondent and in so far as the Packaged System in the Tendering Process under Guideline 7(iv) annexed to G.O.Ms. No.129, dated 25.10.2016 of the 1st Respondent and consequently, direct the 1st Respondent to follow the Tender process as in guideline 10 of the THAI-I Scheme.
2. When the case is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has challenged the orders passed by the first respondent in this writ petition and seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to follow the Tender process as in guideline 10 of the THAI-I Scheme. In this regard, the guideline period has already over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ 2/4
petition.
4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
