ORDER

Challenging the criminal proceedings in Crime No.293 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case has been registered in Crime No.293 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 354, 465, 468 & 506(1) IPC against the petitioner. After investigation, the respondent police closed the F.I.R as mistake of fact. Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed as mistake of fact. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
