ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw OP No. 188 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Poonamallee and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Vellore.

2. Heard, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the side of the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is living with minor child and also reside at Vellore, it is very difficult to travel from Vellore to Poonamallee to attend the Court proceedings with minor child, the reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence, the Subordinate Court at Poonamallee, is directed to transfer OP No. 188 of 2023 to the Family court, Vellore. Further, the Family court, Vellore is directed to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible after giving notice to the respondent. 4.In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
