ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 read with 34 and 109 IPC, in Crime No.24 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused collected Rs.55 lakhs from the defacto complainant and other job aspirants by giving false promise of securing jobs at Government Departments and in abroad and therefore, they neither arranged any job nor returned the money to the victim. Further, the accused have also issued forged appointment orders to the victims. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 64 years and he is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for about 45 days from 17.11.2021 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that there are totally two accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and he is the helper of A1 and he had also accompanied A1 at the time of receiving amount from the victims and that 1 the investigation has not been completed.

5. On seeing the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the amount involved is more than Rs.50 lakhs which has not been recovered and that the investigation has not been completed and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
