This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 7 to 9 herein as legal representative of deceased 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mrs.V.Srimathi, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent died on 22.12.2017. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 6 appeared and he raised formal objections in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 7 to 9 in the above Second Appeal.

5. Issue notice to the proposed respondents 7 to 9 through court returnable by 30.08.2023. Private notice is also permitted.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 30.08.2023 along with connected C.M.P. SR.Nos.94862, 94863 & 94864 of 2023.
