This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking impleadment of the SubRegistrar/Sale Officer, Cooperative Society, Cuddalore District as R4 in the main Writ Petition.

2. As there is no objection by the respondents to the aforesaid impleadment, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the newly impleaded R4.

4. Counter is stated to have been filed, but neither the petitioner nor the Court have copies. Let the counter be filed before the Registry after service upon the petitioner.
