Both the Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the order allowing the respondent's applications to send the disputed revenue stamps affixed on the receipts, for comparison to find out the age and also to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for the purpose of entrusting the same to the Master of Government of India Security Press, Nasik, and collecting the report.

2. Earlier, it was submitted that even before filing the revisions, the disputed Revenue Stamps affixed on the receipts had been sent to the Master of Government of India Security Press, Nasik and also awaiting report. Subsequently, it was informed that the report had been received from the Security Press, Nasik. Hence, this Court, directed the trial Court to send the report to this court. Pursuant to the same, the report has also been produced before this Court.

3. As the report already been received from the 2/4

Security Press, at this stage, the order impugned in this C.R.P. need not be set aside. If the petitioner has any grievance over the report, it is open to the petitioner to raise his objection regarding the report sent by the Security Press, Nasik, before the Trial Court.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revisions Petitions are dismissed. No costs. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to raise his objection regarding the report sent by the Security Prass, Nasik. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

5. Registry is directed to send the report in a sealed cover to the trial Court. On receipt of the report, the trial Court is directed to furnish a copy of the report to both the plaintiff as well as the defendant.
