The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that as per the decree, the entire compensation awarded by the Trial Court with accrued interest has been deposited before the Trial Court on 13.12.2013.

2. Therefore, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest. On receipt of the said amount, the petitioners shall pay the Court fee in the Appeal Suit.

3. On such payment of Court fee, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
