This civil revision petition was disposed of by an order dated 27.09.2019, wherein, this Court directed the Court below to number the suit in O.S. Filing No.OS/5297/2019 and to proceed with the same in accordance with law.

2. Today, this civil revision petition has been again listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that original plaint was filed along with the present C.R.P. and seeks a direction to the Registry to return the same to the petitioner.
