Today, when the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is listed for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, already the Registrar has disposed the above proceedings on 20.09.2023 and hence, this petition has become infructuous and inview of the same, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
