We have heard Mr.S.T.S.Murthi, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the appellants and Mr.K.Satish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2.We find sufficient cause having been shown in support of the petition for condonation of delay of 169 days in filing the appeal.

The delay is, accordingly, condoned.

The Writ Appeal shall be treated to be within time and shall be given the regular number.
