3. Therefore, the application filed for condoning the number of days mentioned in A.No.4792 of 2022 is allowed. Consequently, A.Nos.5685 and 4792 of 2022 are allowed.

4. Accordingly, the written statement filed by the sole defendant in C.S.(Com.Div.)No.113 of 2022 with the delay of 86 days is taken on record to the file of this Court.
