ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to include the petitioner vide Roll.No.17ST16040055 in the revised Provisional Selection List dated 09.09.2019 towards direct recruitment of Special Teacher 2012-2016 for the post of Sewing Teacher in PSTM category.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner had forwarded a list by which it is seen that the petitioner T.Samundeeswari, has been included in the revised Provisional Selection List at Sl.No.183 vide Roll No.17ST16040055.

3. In view of the particular fact given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further issue arise for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
