CMP No.22091 of 2022 in CMA Sr. No.9612 of 2015 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2797 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the Respondent and has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also the fact that the learned Government Advocate has no objection for allowing this petition, the delay of 2797 days is condoned.

4. CMP No.22091 of 2021 is ordered, accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
