Of Pondicherry as unconstitutional, arbitrary, without authority, exfacie bad in law, illegal and otherwise ultra vires the Constitution of India and the Electricity Regulation Commission Act, 1998 and consequently direct the first respondent to either adjust the enhanced tariff or refund the amounts already paid by the petitioner members, consequent to the said G.O.
