Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned Standing counsel for the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate states that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the parties have arrived at settlement and draft lease agreement has already been accepted by both the parties, the registration and other formalities alone are pending.
