C.M.P.No.5881 of 2017 is filed to exempt the petitioners from paying Court fee of Rs.18,790/- instead of Rs.18,890/- in the Cros.Obj.No.SR.24768 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner filed the above Cros.Obj.No.SR.24768 of 2017 for enhancement of compensation and filed the Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.5881 of 2017 for exemption of Court fee of Rs.18,790/- instead of Rs.18,890/- in the above mentioned Cros.Obj.No.SR.24768 of 2017, for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at the time of the disposal of the case.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioners to pay the Court fee at present, with a direction to pay the same at the time of the disposal of the case. 02.01.2020 gbi Note: Registry is directed to number the Cross Objection, if it is otherwise in http://www.judis.nic.in order and post along with C.M.A.No.966 of 2017.
