The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 28.09.2015. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given the complaint before the respondents on 28.09.2015. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 21.11.2015. 4.Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
