The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) &506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.1113 of 2023.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
