ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed to direct 1st respondent to take appropriate departmental action against respondents 2 to 4 for their corrupt practices, looting and misappropriation of Government funds while serving in the Nilgiris District Tuberculosis centre, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.7.2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had given a representation on 25.07.2025 seeking action against the respondents 2 to 4. He would further submit that the petitioners are the contract employees working under the 1st respondent. 2/5
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent would fairly submit that the representation of the petitioner was received only on 29.07.2025 and that the present writ petition is premature, as the petitioner has approached this Court even before action could be taken on the representation.
4. In such view of the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the 1st respondent, if no action taken within three months. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
