Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue directions to dispose of the complaint in DV No.26 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, expeditiously within the time limit as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to issue directions to dispose of the complaint in DV No.26 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, expeditiously within the time limit as prescribed by this Court.
2. Though notice was issued to the respondents, none appeared.
3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner and also considering that the case is of the year 2013, this Court deem fit to direct the court below to complete the trial proceedings in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore is directed to complete the trial proceedings in DV.No.26 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
