O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.06.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 01.06.2015. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, C.No.1205 of 2015 has been assigned. After due enquiry, the said complaint was closed and the closure report has also been furnished.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
