On the last hearing date, i.e, on 17.11.2022, since the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the impugned order has been withdrawn by the third respondent who passed the said impugned order, this Court has dismissed this writ petition as infructuous. But before signing the said order, learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the said representation and hence, the matter is listed under the caption "for clarification" today.

2. Today when the matter was called, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the proceedings of the fifth respondent dated 15.10.2022 is consequential to the proceedings of the third respondent dated 13.10.2022 which is impugned herein. He would also submit that the proceedings of the third respondent dated 13.10.2022 has not been withdrawn by the said respondent and hence, he seeks for recall of the order passed by this Court orally on 17.11.2022.

3. For the foregoing reasons, the order passed by this Court (orally) on

17.11.2022 is hereby recalled. Post the matter for final disposal on 08.12.2022.
