The petitioners/appellants have filed the instant civil miscellaneous petition seeking to permit them to take out paper publication in one of the Tamil dailies "Makkal Kural" in respect of the sole respondent in the writ appeal by way of substituted service.

2. Having heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners/appellants and satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the instant civil miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
