2. The learned counsel submitted that the suit in O.S.No.176 of 2012 has since been disposed of.

3.In view of the fact that the suit itself has been disposed of, nothing survives in this revision. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
