This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.No.22697 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to produce the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed, without any further extension of time.
