3. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicant to establish his case and other facts and to arrive at an effective adjudication on the issue involved, this court is inclined to order these applications. These applications are ordered accordingly.
