ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner complaint dated 08.12.2016 and to take immediate legal action in accordance with law by registering F.I.R and direct the respondent to file final report within stipulated period.

2. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
