CMP.No.21499 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 410 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the appellant in the above Appeal in C.M.A.No.458 of 2012.

2. CMP.No.21501 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused on the death of M.Dayalan, the appellant in the above Appeal in C.M.A.No.458 of 2012 on 01.09.2020.

3. CMP.No.21502 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the L.R's of deceased M.Dayalan, namely 1)D.Vijaya, 2)D.Gajalakshmi and 3)D.Ranjitkumar, all are residing at No.3, Vadanoombal Salai, Perumal Agaram, Thiruverkkadu, Ayappakkam, Chennai-600 077, as the Legal Heirs of the deceased M.Dayalan, the appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above Appeal in C.M.A.No.458 of 2012.
