This petition is filed by the petitioners /appellants to condone the delay 226 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 10.01.2022 made in W.P. No. 30369 of 2018.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has stated no objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and also considering the no objection stated on the side of the respondent, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
