Seeking leave to sue against the respondent/defendant in respect of Schedule A, B and D of the application mentioned properties, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application. 2.The applicants are the plaintiffs in the suit filed for partition and separate possession of the properties.

3.Mr.Periyaswamy Rosekamalam, learned counsel for the applicants would submit that 'C' schedule property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court while the other properties and the defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
