This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the petition in D.V.C.No.6 of 2021 dated 10.05.2021 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam, Thiruvannamalai Dt.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioners would submit that as the Revision Petitioners are not in possession of certified copy of the petition, they may be permitted to produce xerox copy of petition. Hence, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
