CRIME.NO.948 of 2013 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in reporting before the trial court daily at 10.30 am as per the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20592 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20592 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
