ORDER

Mr.C.V.Ravichandar Murthy, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.

2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the education loan application ID No.1154267 dated 04.09.2021 providing education loan for the education of the petitioner's son Udhaya Suriya. 3.According to the petitioner, his son got admission for B.Pharm Course on merits through the process of the selection committee of the Directorate of Medical Education in single window system and he was allotted to Bhavani College of Pharmacy, Veppur, Cuddalore District. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for education loan with the respondent bank in loan application No. ID No.1154267 dated 04.09.2021 under the IOB https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vidya Suraksha scheme. The same was not considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court seeking the appropriate relief.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.09.2021 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner's application dated 04.09.2021 will be considered by the respondent in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

6.Heard both sides and perused the documents enclosed in the typed set of papers.

7.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.09.2021 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
