This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.12063 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12840 of 2022 on 04.08.2022 to report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
