This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant Jalaja, namely, (i) K. Damodaran (Husband), (ii) Senthilkumar Damodaran (Son) and (iii) D.Narmadha Priya (Daughter) in the above appeal.

2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support this petition, this petition is allowed.

3.List the suit after two weeks.
