Respondent Prayer:- Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to modify the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.361 of 2016 dated 07.04.2016 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur by modifying the condition whenever the petitioner require for investigation instead of that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily once at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.361 of 2016, dated 07.04.2016 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was enlarging on anticipatory bail, he was directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. He further submits that the petitioner is a practicising Advocate and hence, it is difficult for him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the respondent police whenever he requires for investigation.

4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, since the petitioner is an Advocate, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 07.04.2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.361 of 2016 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that instead of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days. Further, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
