2. The Original Petition has been filed, seeking Letters of Administration with Will annexed relating to the said Will of S.Elumalai.

3. The two attesting witness have died. One of the spouses of one of the attesting witness is sought to be examined as P.W.1.

4. Permission is granted.

5. The witness to appear before the learned Master on 14.11.2022 and tendering evidence. After recording evidence, the matter may be listed before this Court.
