This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.8, Coimbatore to Expedite the trial and dispose the same within stipulated time the case pending in C.C.No.233 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.8, Coimbatore in Crime No.482 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate No.8, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Coimbatore, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.233 of 2016 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
