When the matter was taken up for hearing today, report of the learned Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, was placed before this Court. This report was submitted along with the order passed by the learned Principal Special Judge in Crl.M.P.No.5884 of 2023 dated 03.10.2025.

2. This Court has carefully gone through the said order and this Court is of the view that no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition. If, ultimately, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Principal Special Judge, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
