Challenging the order passed in WP.No.35557 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024, the respondents have filed an appeal in WA.No.96 of 2025.

2. In the above writ appeal, the Division Bench of this Court has passed the following order:

"4.If the officer concerned is not acting carefully in complying the orders passed by this Court within a time frame fixed in the order, that would show that something fishy in dealing of the land even at the hands of the officer concerned, therefore, we hereby give direction to the third appellant to furnish the survey report or sketch immediately to the writ petitioner within a maximum period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a compliance report to that effect before this Court without prejudice the right of the parties in the present appeal. Till such time, no coercive steps pursuant to the 2/4

earlier order passed by the writ Court be taken against the appellant Department / officers."
