This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.8573 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025.

2. Mr.R.Rangarajan, Revenue Divisional Officer was present at the time of hearing.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer through proceedings dated 25.09.2025 had directed the issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that Tahsildar will follow up with the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer and the patta will be issued in the name of the petitioner. 2/4
